- Watches and jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
- Customized, engraved, special orders, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within the 14-day return period.
- If exchanging for a watch or piece of jewelry of greater value, the price difference will be collected.

Craig at the Cranford, NJ Martin Jewelers was pleasant, kind, and listened carefully to what I wanted. He was up front and honest about cost, given shifting prices in gold, so I had realistic expectations. I had my mom’s two-carat round cut diamond put in an updated setting, with alternating marquis and round cuts on the band. I LOVE it!
