I wish I could give 10 stars! Martin Jewelers came through for me not once but twice when planning my wedding! When a stone fell out of my engagement ring with only a few days before my engagement photoshoot the original place I got my ring from said they would need a week to evaluate before they could even fix it. Martin jewelers fixed it for me no issues and made sure to have it done before my engagement photo shoot. Then for the bands me and my fiancé purchased through another company who kept pushing the delivery date further and further back we were scared they wouldn’t come in time for our wedding. We came to Martin Jewelers with a little over a month to spare and they helped us find wedding bands we liked more than the original and it came in before the wedding despite us ordering so late. I’ve learned my lesson, I’ll be going to Martin jewelers first now. They’ve have beautiful pieces and great customer service. They even steamed my engagement ring when I came to pick up my bands. Customer for life!
