At Martin Jewelers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following guidelines:

Return Window:

• Watches and jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  
  

Condition of Watches and Jewelry:

• Watches and jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
• Customized, engraved, special orders, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
  

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once the return is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
  

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are available within the 14-day return period.
• If exchanging for a watch or piece of jewelry of greater value, the price difference will be collected.

• Securely package your watch or jewelry with all original materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
