I love this jewelry store I lived in Cranford for many years and I don’t live there anymore, but I still keep coming back here. It’s the best. every person there gives such care to the customer. Brought my wife's diamond watch to Martin Jewelers to have it serviced. The watch was finished ahead of schedule, the repair was successful, and it was apparent to me that they had also taken the time to clean the watch very well, bringing back its brilliant luster. I like that there is a separate service area. The folks I interacted with were very polite. The store is beautiful and clean with gleaming display cases and plenty of room to walk around and shop. This was my first visit to Martin Jewelers and I will be back for any of my future needs. Abundant pay parking behind the shop and the rear entrance are accessible to the public.
