- Watches and jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Condition of Watches and Jewelry:
- Watches and jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
- Customized, engraved, special orders, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within the 14-day return period.
- If exchanging for a watch or piece of jewelry of greater value, the price difference will be collected.

I dropped off two watches for battery replacements. I appreciate the “do it right the first time” school of thought. I learned a lot about replacing batteries and risks if done improperly. This is something I never thought about until they identified a prexisting issue with my watch that I probably could have avoided .
