I showed up at the wrong time because I had checked their hours during the holidays and didn’t realize they had changed back to regular hours when I visited. Despite this being entirely my mistake, the owner graciously let me in anyway. I needed a custom engraving on a vintage piece for my mother’s 65th birthday, and they worked quickly to make sure I got it in time. Their kindness and flexibility when I got the timing wrong really meant a lot to me. They went above and beyond to help make my mom’s birthday special.
