UL certified independent testing verifies: Fire resistance for up to 120 minutes, tested at 1,700°F (927°C), then dropped from 30 feet. The interior temperature during the fire test remains below 350°F (177°C), (paper burns at 450°F (232°C), so your documents remain safe. Water Resistance: The interior of the safe door is sealed with Palusol® fire seal which expands 8 times the original size, sealing the door.

- Watches and jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Condition of Watches and Jewelry:
- Watches and jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
- Customized, engraved, special orders, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within the 14-day return period.
- If exchanging for a watch or piece of jewelry of greater value, the price difference will be collected.

Brought my wife's diamond watch to Martin Jewelers to have it serviced. The watch was finished ahead of schedule, the repair was successful, and it was apparent to me that they had also taken the time to clean the watch very well, bringing back its brilliant luster. I like that there is a separate service area. The folks I interacted with were very polite. The store is beautiful and clean with gleaming display cases and plenty of room to walk around and shop. This was my first visit to Martin Jewelers and I will be back for any of my future needs. Abundant pay parking behind the shop and the rear entrance are accessible to the public.
