- Watches and jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials.
- Customized, engraved, special orders, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within the 14-day return period.
- If exchanging for a watch or piece of jewelry of greater value, the price difference will be collected.

Went here to find a Christmas present for my wife and I had the best experience. Craig took the time to show me jewelry that was in my price range and I did not feel rushed. He even showed me some pieces that were way out there. He used coupon to take some money off and he gave my young daughter a gold coin for being a great helper, which she loved. He also got it gift wrapped which worked out great. They definitely gained a repeat customer.
